i use
"Delphi XE2 and C++ Builder XE2 Update 4 Hotfix 1"
and the Installer form "OpenWire Live Bindings 6.0.0 "
meens:

RAD Studio XE2 Update 4 is not present.
This install requires RAD Studio XE2 Update 4 or higher to be installed.
It is highly recommended to install Update 4 before running this install
======

Is Update 4 HF 1 not "higher" as Update 4??

Thank you!
Hotfix one is not compatible with the official versions of RAD studio :-( .
We can't make official installs for it. You can fix the problem by installing the library with sources and rebuilding with your RAD Studio with Hotfix1.
I can also send you the OpenWire Editor package built with Hotfix one, but I can't make the proper install since I need to use a special virtual machine for that :-( .
