I've sent Boian an email on this but I thought I'd drop by the forum and see if anyone else has run across this.
I have the K-Lite codec set installed and have been having good success playing various file formats, including mpg, but I recently acquired a set of MPG files from a Sony camcorder that cause my TVLDSVideoPlayer to throw an exception when they are Open()ed.
I think these (M2U*.MPG) files have caused issues for others as well, though Windows Media Player plays them with no problem.
I have the workaround of converting the files but would really prefer not to go there.
But if I do ... is there a free alternative to Leawo's converter that does not use ffmpeg?
Cheers
