Error in installing commercial videolab - demo.80@gmail.com-1 - 06-16-2012 02:26 PM
Hi there,
I installed the free version of the Videolab and InstrumentLab before on my machine, with no problem. Now after getting the keys for the commercial version (no code); the installer totally fails. See the attached picture. My OS is windows 2003. Please let me know how to fix that.

Ever thought of upgrading your OS? I suggest you email mr.Mitov about this one.

I have to stay with this OS since I'm supporting a software under Win 2003 server. Changing OS is not really an option.

I just tried to install the commercial version on Win7; got the same error. see the attachment. Can somebody please have a look. It seems like a bug.

Did you mail this problem to mr.Mitov? From what i can tell you're not using the regular release so he's your best option here, could be an install-bug indeed.
