Install Problem

I use Delphi XE2 Update 4 Hotfix 1
After installation the OpenWire Livebinding Delphi gives me a message during the start-routine "Package 'fmx162' cannot be loaded".
Now when I put a edit-component on the VCL and choose "New Visual Livebinding" it through an exception "access violation in OpenWireBindingPkD16.bpl". And the NewLive does not work.
Is there a reason why it happend?
