Help Files Missing After Install

I just downloaded VideoLab 7.0.0.0 and installed it on my Windows 7 machine running Delphi XE4. During installation I checked the "Register Help Files" option.

1. I started Delphi XE4
2. Opened the VLVideoCompression.dproj project.
3. Set focus on the VLVideoCompressor1 component
4. Pressed F1.

I got Embarcadero's TCustomControl help screen (see image)

Where are the help files and/or documentation for this product?
