Hi guys

I have been using signalab to filter 2 signals from channels 1 & 2. Works well enough. However I can't figure out how to calculate the phase difference between the 2 signals? Even a time difference would help but again can't get this to work.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Hello,

First thanks for the wonderful library.

I'm a student doing a project using .NET . I feel the components of SignalLab can help me a lot,but I face with some problems.

Question: How can I get the data from FFT component ? I want to get the result from the code. If the sign is "Triangle" or "Square" ,how can I get the value of each frequency？ The event handler named Args seems not contain the information!

Thanks a lot in advance!

Hello,
I am new to SignalLab but I have been succesfully using VideoLab before.
Before asking my question I will put down some context (schematically)

- Real time audio processing
- Input is a mic
- Single user

This is what I need to do and my question is how using SignalLab?

1 - Need to detect whether the user is speaking or there is silence
2 - Need to do basic pitch analysis: within a region of the past 100ms of input I need to take two points (pitch value) and check whether there has been a raising/falling pitch of 30Hz.

What are the SignalLab components that I need to use for that?
Is it possible to detect (1)?
Please note that I would need to use some code for that and not just the visual components since i will need to use those information (voice vs. silence) for a higher level algorithm.

Thanks a lot in advance!

Hello,

I have my application runing OK on WINs:
XP SP3
VISTA
SEVEN 32bits
But it does not work on SEVEN 64bits.

My app is a multiple XY Plot

FIRST I HAD THIS EXCEPTION:
--------------------------
System.BadImageFormatException: Could not load file or assembly 'SignalLabBasicVCL, Version = 4.5.0.0, Culture = neutral, PublicKeyToken = b6e90591977fb7c8' or one of its dependencies. You attempted to load a program with an incorrect format.
File name: 'SignalLabBasicVCL, Version = 4.5.0.0, Culture = neutral, PublicKeyToken = b6e90591977fb7c8'
--------------------------
The app was compiled for any CPU.
So, changed to x86, solved the exception, but I have other problem: Plot does not show any data. Seems to be a zoom or max/min axis problem , but I´m not sure about that.
All plots are empty...

I´m using VS2008 and 4.5 libraries.
I set the app to run as admin and XP SP3 compatibility.

Any help?

Thank you.

Hello!
First of all I must thank Mr. Mitov for such a wonderful library.
So far I've gotten all my visual needs solved by convenient and rich components of SignalLab, but when it came to the coding side I just got confused.
I'm not that superb in .NET programming, though that's the one platform I'm at least somehow familiar with, therefore I'm in need of help.

What I want is:
i have my signal and its spectre with FFT. Then I want to use Goertzel to detect the frequency of a signal. Visually I can do it - no problem.

But I need to solve it in code too. Basically the idea was to apply Goertzel to the range of the frequencies a signal may come in and get a maximum value from this range.

Seems rather easy, but I don't get how to obtain current sample value (or whatever it's called) from Goertzel component, although I can edit frequency without a problem.

Would be nice to receive some help on the subject.
Thanks in advance.

Haha, I'm so lame.
After asking a question I've discovered that argument of the Goertzel component event handler named Args contains all the information I need.
Problem solved.
