Any ideas on why Open() would fail?

Forgot to get back to the forum and post an update.. The issue has been resolved and it was a bug in my code. I was getting the info for VideoCaptureDevice from the control on the main form and trying to use it in the control on the form that had the problem. Have no idea why it worked on my computer but not the customers. Must be a pointer that is set when you get the controls VideoCaptureDevice list. Although they are the exact same devices, you can't use the list retrieved from one control in another control.
