Is there a limit of 9 state dispatchers per form??

I work on an complex program using RAD Studio 10.1 and Delphi.
In Open Wire Studio I can add a 10th State dispatcher to a form by connecting the pins of two newly added OWLTrackbars.
Clicking the design Tab and switching to "view as form" I can see 10th state dispatcher in the dfm-File listed.
Trying to see the pin list by clicking on the pin entry in the object inspector delivers an error.
After storing the 10th state dispatcher disappears and the OWLTrackbars are connected to an older state dispatcher.

Is there a limit of 9 state dispatchers or is it a bug? Can anyone help me?
