Summary

Opens the video out device and prepares it for capture.

Description

Call this method if you want to prepare the device for video out. Once the device is ready starting the playback is almost instantaneous. If the device is closed, starting the device first will open it.

Delphi example:

VLDSVideoOut1.Open;

C++ Builder example:

VLDSVideoOut1->Open();

Visual C++(MFC/Win32 API) example:
