VLDSVideoPlayer and IP Cams

Hi everybody!
I hope someone could help me with this problem.

I'm trying to use VLDSVideoPlayer to show a IPCam streaming through RTSP but i get a error "errorCode: -2146697203", it looks that fail in GraphicBuild seccion, because I never get that event "OnGraphBuilt".

I'm using VideoLab 5.01 VCL with Delphi 2007 and the IP Cam that i've using is from http://www.3svision.com.tw/.

Using VLC Player I get the streaming using the url "rtsp://root:root@192.168.1.20/cam1/h264", but with VLDSVideoPlayer I get an instant error:
Can't open file : rtsp://192.168.1.20/cam1/h264 . errorCode: -2146697203
Excepcion: Can't open file : rtsp://192.168.1.20/cam1/h264 . - 2148270093 - 800C000D

Any ideas are wellcome!
