[solved] Can't install - Hotfix Update 1 Problem

Hello Dave,

i donload this now http://www.mitov.com/installer/62, but if i started RAD Studio i become the message:
Package C:\Windows\system32\OpenWireBindingDsnD16.bpl must be new compiled.
and
Package C:\Windows\system32\OpenWireEditorDsnD16.bpl must be new compiled.
But this files are not in the directory.

And now?
