sound and video not synchronized

Well, think I have figured out a solution, a quick test using VLAVILogger instead of VLDSVideoLogger seems to solve the problem. I am recording AVI videos anyway and so far so good. Now all I have to figure out is how the Compression properties are used as what I was doing in VLDSVideoLogger, selecting and using a video codec doesn't work, at least not the same way.

Help files assume I know more than I do and none of the demos use the Compression properties in VLAVILogger. Will do a little more searching but will probably end up figuring it out the hard, time consuming way of trial and error.
