Video display as video source

Hi,

Is there any component I can use to plug in the video screen as a video source ?

Also, I'd like to subtract one video source from another, i.e subtract a known background from another video source. I've looked at VLBackgroundSubtractor but it seems like it splits an image into background and foreground video outputs. So suggestion on which component to use is deeply apprechiated
