Probelm using Blackmagic with DSCapture

Hi. We need to have a live input in the application and we are trying to make the DSCapture working with the Blackmagic ultrastudio mini recorder (thunderbolt port). We are not able to make it work. In the VideoCaptureDevice we select the DeckLink but we only get black signal. The mini recorder is working fine with others software

Have any of ever work with the Blackmagic Ultrastudio or Deck link cards? Do you have any advice to try to make this work?
