Delphi:

C++ Builder:

Summary
Returns True if the device is opened.
Description
Controls whether or not the component is connected to the
selected driver( Builds/destroys the DirectShow filter graph.
). In most cases you will not need to call this procedure.
Delphi example:
var AValue : Boolean; AValue := VLDSCapture1.Opened;
C++ Builder example:
bool AValue = VLDSCapture1->Opened;
Visual C++(MFC) example:
bool AValue = VLDSCapture1.Opened;
Visual C++/CLI example:
