Delphi:

property OnGenerate : TSLVideoBufferGenEvent read FOnGenerate write SetOnGenerate;

C++ Builder:

Summary

Occurs when a new buffer of data is generated.

Description

Use this event to provide data for the generator. This event will be called each time new video frame is needed.
