Delphi Binary(Raw) data buffer.
Description
This is Binary(Raw) Data buffer. Use this buffer to access and manipulate the Binary data from inside your Delphi code. .NET, Visual C++, C++ Builder users should use the much more convenient and powerful TSLCBlockBuffer class. Note Delphi only.
