Summary

Opens the device.

Description

Opens the selected capture driver and builds the DirectShow filter graph. In most cases you will not need to call this procedure. The advantage of calling this before starting the output is that the output will start much faster if the device is already open.

Delphi example:

ALDSAudioOut1.Open;

C++ Builder example:

ALDSAudioOut1->Open();

Visual C++(MFC) example:

ALDSAudioOut1.Open();

Visual C++/CLI example:

dsAudioOut1->Open();
