Color range settings class to be used for transparency in the TVLTransparentColor component.

Description

Defines a color range settings class to be used for transparency in the TVLTransparentColor component.

The color is transparent if each of its component ( red, green and blue ) are inside the tolerance around the TVLColorRange.Color .
