Defines DV TimeCode property class to be used inside the Video Buffers.

• Hour - DV Hour of the buffer from the beginning of the recording.
• Min - DV Minute of the buffer from the beginning of the recording.
• Sec - DV Seconds of the buffer from the beginning of the recording.
• Frame - DV Frame number of the buffer from the beginning of the recording.
• Available - DV TimeCode is available.
