Description

Defines DVD time structure that gives the hours, minutes, seconds, and frames in a DVD timecode.

Fields

• Hours - The hour.
• Minutes - The minutes in the current hour being played.
• Seconds - The seconds in the current minute being played.
• Frames - The frame number in the second.
