This is the one I decided to use with our app, it is open source and no worries about roailities. Google should find the Xvid web site where you can down load it. I was previously not setting the VideoCompression.Compressions elements, I had missed the fact that you can insert new items in the Compressions editor. That opened up a whole new world.
