lock-up and freezes

Hi all, first post.

Environment: i5-2400/8G RAM - RAD XE2 c++ / win7-64 / BMD decklink duo with latest drivers / intel-ipp libraries (evaluation version - are they needed, BTW ?)

I got demo version, followed the directshow way (vldscapture > vlimageadjust > vldsimagedisplay), but for the life of me i am not able to get imageadjust component to work for all video settings; just brightness works, while saturation, hue and lightness raise app cpu usage to 50% and app gets really busy until killed, so no luck.

I tried even the vldscapture->adjustement (component is enabled and all settings tuned to amManual) as seen in another thread in this forum, but this way settings are just ignored (nothing happens).

Ok, watching at the installation tree i found ipp libs already in place, so at least i can answer myself to one question.
Someone here has experienced troubles or has suggestions using decklink cards ?

(BTW, I like these components, but lack of docs and absence of support is somewhat descouraging...)
