Freezing
Hi!

I am trying use VLDSCapture to capture my webcam video and i linked the output pin to VLHaarDetectObjects (it is configured like the example of facedetect to try detect my face) but when i start the VLHaarDetectObjects the VLImageDisplay is freezing. If i stop the VLHaarDetectObjects, my VLImageDisplay becomes normal.

Can you help me Mr Boian Mitov?
Your components are perfects! Congratulations!

Best Regards,
Rafael

Hi Rafael,

Thank you!
Can you please send me your test application to mitov@mitov.com, so I can investigate the problem?

With best regards,
Boian Mitov

Yes, I've installed VisionLab 5.0.1 (and all the other package "Legacy VCL Product Installer") Also I've just reinstalled my BDS 2006 (only Delphi personality) because I'd a corruption in the installation of .NET 1.1 framework...

Thanks a lot,
Matteo

RE: Freezing
5.0.1. isn't the latest version, although i can't tell you whether this specific issue was fixed you could try v5.0.3.

Dave

I'm sorry...I think v.5.0.1 is the latest for BDS 2006...I've download VisionLab v.5.0.3 and in the install wizard appear a message "The setup can't find C++ Builder 2010 to XE3 or Delphi 2010 to XE3 on this system. Continue the installation to a custom location?"

I've continued, but in a next wizard form I didn't found Delphi 2006 option.
How can I install it?

Thank you...

RE: Freezing
Right, support for older than 2010 was dropped. You could consider upgrading.

Dave
