Summary
Basic abstract class for optional display tracking axis.
Description
This is a base class for data view for visual data axis such as the X or Y axis in Scopes or Spectrum Analyzers. The Axes are created internally by the data displays. Do not make instances of this class or its descendants.

- TrackCursor - Enables/Disables the track hair in the axis.
- TrackColor - Specifies the color of the track hair in the axis.
- MinorTicks - Specifies the visual appearance of minor ticks in the axis scale.
- MajorTicks - Specifies the visual appearance of major ticks in the axis scale.

- OnCustomStep - Occurs when a step(distance) is needed for plotting the next tick of the axis grid.
