Call this method to resize the array and the contained buffers.
Parameters
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| ARows | Number of buffers (Rows) |
| ACols | Number of elements in each buffer (Cols) |
| PreserveData | If true the old data will be preserved when |
| resizing. |
