Lower level boundary.

Description

Use this property to specify the Lower level boundary for the channels.

Delphi example:

VLHistogram1.LowerLevel := 5;

C++ Builder example:

VLHistogram1->LowerLevel = 5;

Visual C++(MFC) example:

VLHistogram1.LowerLevel = 5;

C# example:

histogram1.LowerLevel = 5;
